You are welcome to visit the Master of Arts Program in the Humanities (MAPH) at any point during the year. Speaking with staff members and touring the University of Chicago campus can give you a better sense of what it is like to be a MAPH student.
Meet the MAPH Staff
You can schedule a meeting with the MAPH staff members throughout the year, excluding major holidays. Meetings can be scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Take a Tour
You can take a tour provided by University of Chicago graduate student tour guides. Tours are typically offered twice a day, Monday through Friday, and last for one hour. While walks-ins are welcome, we recommend you register for a tour in advance.
Getting to Campus
The University of Chicago is found in Chicago’s vibrant Hyde Park neighborhood. You can get to campus most easily by car or public transportation. There are a variety of parking garages, as well as paid and free street parking.
